Hydraulic power wrench

The hydraulic coach-screwing is designed to fasten and unfasten all types of coachcrews and rail fasteners used for the fixing of rails on sleepers in all track renewing programs. It performs its task with a great precision of regulation of the tightening torque by means of a hydraulic transmission.
The machine is available for all types of gauges and equipped with a standar 4-wheel trolley.
This hydraulic coach-screwing is characterized by its easy handling and sturdiness, and
is made of
-- a petrol or diesel engine on request, to which is connected a highpression gear pump dipped in the tank-housing;
-- a central part constituted by a tank-housing, and
-- a coach-screwing head connected to the central housing which carries a hydraulic motor with vertical axis that feeds the chuck in which is fixed the
tightening key.

The rotation direction of the hydraulic motor is controlled by a hydraulic circuit composed of a distributor with pressure regulator actuated by an electro-valve.
The adjustable tightening torque is indicated on a manometer.
