SAIVS establish technology cooperation relationship with the international well-known company(HAWE/SKF) and science research academy (HUST) .We analyse the high-precision adjustment limit of every kinds three-dimensional adjustment system at home or abroad ,combining R&D and manufacturing technology in the hydraulic toolings equipments. Besides, SAIVS have solved various technology problems arised in the previous three-dimensional adjustment with advanced hydraulic control technique, developing and designing six freedom multipoint precision adjustment system.Success also have been achieved in developing the ship segmentated assembling hydraulic adjustment system and shipping transport hydraulic train dedicated in the ship final assembly、shipping transport. Six freedom adjustment is expediently available in ship joint construction with changeable size and enormous weight.
